Our items are all custom made to order in house. Please allow 7-10 business days for production.  This does not include the actual shipping time.  Shipping times are based on the time that the item leaves our shop. 

 

Our current production time is 1-2 business days.

Girls Love A Monogram uses USPS and UPS as our shipping carriers. Shipping charges are calculated automatically in the shopping cart depending on the total cost of your purchase. 

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any personalized items, as we are unable to resell them. If you have a damaged, incorrect, or defective item please let us know within 5 business days and we will re-create your order immediately.  

We DO NOT accept returns if we are NOT contacted first via email or text. 

All Sales are Final on Seasonal Items.  If an item doesn't fit we will exchange it for another size or accept a return for a store credit.
