Girls Love A Monogram FAQ's & Return Policy

  1. 1. What is your return policy? All sales on personalized items are final.
  2. Can I return something that has not been monogrammed?  Yes, Please email us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will give you instructions for returns.  All returns must be approved by us.
  3. How long will it take my order to ship?  All orders are processed in 1 business day that are place by before 2pm.  During peak times this may be longer but we will post updates if we have delays.           
  4. How do I know you are a legit company?  We understand that ordering on line can sometimes be scary, and we know that there are some nightmare companies out there with bad reputations.  If you e-mail our Customer Service department with a question, you will be responded to in at least 24 hours.
  5. Where is your company located? We are proud to say that we run our company right out of New Orleans, Louisiana.  Well actually we are in a small suburb of New Orleans called Chalmette.  Are you local to the metro area?  Feel free to schedule a pick up.
