Production & SHipping
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I PLACE AN ORDER WITH GLAM?
FIRST - When you place an order on our website we all do a little happy dance.
SECOND - We send your order straight to our design team who then starts to prepare the artwork for printing.
THIRD -We begin our unique process of printing and production for your items. We ask that you allow us 5-7 days to produce your item and make it perfect.
This DOES NOT include the shipping time (actual transit time). Production time is from when we receive the order to when we physically produce the item and get it ready to leave our facility.
HOW DO YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
We currently ship through the USPS.
CAN YOU RUSH MY ORDER?
Yes, we can in most cases accommodate rush orders. Please select rush order from the dropdown menu and add it to your order.

FAQ's
Can I return a personalized item?
No, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on personalized merchandise.
What if my items are damaged or the customization is wrong?
We ask that you email us at sales@girlsloveamonogram.com or call/text us within at least 7 days of receiving your order.
I paid for Priority Shipping 2 days ago why hasn't my package shipped?
Our production time without a rush order is 5-7 business days. This does not include the shipping transit times. Priority Shipping transit times begin when the item is physically received by the USPS. Once they pick it up we no longer have control of your items.

Girls Love A Monogram uses USPS and UPS as our shipping carriers. Shipping charges are calculated automatically in the shopping cart depending on the total cost of your purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any personalized items, as we are unable to resell them. If you have a damaged, incorrect, or defective item please let us know within 5 business days and we will re-create your order immediately.
We DO NOT accept returns if we are NOT contacted first via email or text.
All Sales are Final on Seasonal Items. If an item doesn't fit we will exchange it for another size or accept a return for a store credit.
